在新加坡吃到的油飯


這是新加坡逸群海南雞飯的出品,油飯呈淡黃色,並非網上食家所說的棕啡色,也沒有油光滿面的感覺。


油飯近拍,飯粒不算太挺,但也很入味。


另一家天天海南雞飯,價錢只是 S$2.8,超抵吃!這裡的油飯是我最喜歡的,飯粒是長身的泰國米,入口粒粒分明,也帶點煙韌的感覺,除入味外,亦充滿油香,看看其色水,亦近似文華雞飯的出品。

難道這些都是不正宗的油飯嗎?我真的有點迷網...

    Didn't realise you had written about this Chicken Rice issue too way before I did on Hainan Shaoye !

    Anyway, sometimes I am afraid to write my genuine feelings on Openrice nowadays... everytime I say something which is 'different' from what people expect, they somehow take offence and think I'm deliberately 對抗 or something! >.<

    In fact, all I hope for is that people don't write with too much personal bias and also hopefully publish right information - 如果唔係, 好像一代傳一代咁錯下去. But it certainly doesn't make me popular just because I try to discover the truths out there haha! Cheers,

    你說的東西我都體會到,今時今日,在 OR 睇/寫食評也不用太著緊,平常心看待吧。例如最近有篇明將食評,明明是小學生作文,卻被捧成大熱,令我都好失望~
